The International Transport and Legal Forum is the leading scientific event of the Law Institute of the Russian University of Transport. The first forum was held on February 14, 2019 in the title "Modern financial and financial and legal problems in transport". Representatives of universities of Russia and other countries take part in the forum.

Russian University of Transport (MIIT) is pleased to invite you to take part in the Second International Transport and Legal Forum "Legal aspects of digitization of international transport and logistics" to be held in Moscow, 9b9 Obrazcova Street, building 6.

Location of the Conference: Department "Administrative Law, Environmental Law, Information Law", Law Institute, Russian University of Transport.

The purpose of the International Transport and Legal Forum is to discuss the following issues:

  1. The impact of digital technologies on the development of the transport system.
  2. Main directions of improvement of normative base of digitalization of transport and logistics.
  3. Ways of harmonization of state legislation in the field of electronic document management in transport.
  4. Digital transformation of the international transport market.
  5. Environmental safety in a digital transformation of the international market for the transport of goods and passengers.

Within the framework of the International Transport and Legal Forum, the discussion site of the Young scientists Club of the Law Institute is planned. Topic of discussion: "Transformation of the transport complex of the Russian Federation in the conditions of digital economy".

An application form(see below) of the conference participants should be sent to the Organizing Committee before 31th of Junuary, 2020 at: us@ui-miit.ru.

Conference participants will be provided with the necessary information materials and Conference Proceedings (through the portal of the Law Institute of the Russian University of Transport or please refer To The application form Attached to this Information letter, which contains the form of participation in the conference at us@ui-miit.ru. Form for article requirements, see appendix below to this Information Letter). The Organizing Committee will have been accepted articles for publication by the beginning of the Conference. The Conference Proceedings will be included in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI).

Conference participants will cover expenses related to travel and accommodation by themselves.

Article requirements

The articles of the Conference participants that meet the following requirements are accepted for publication in the Conference Proceedings:

The article is covered the declared theme of the Conference.

Requirements of formatting of the articles of the Conference Proceedings are: the text should be typed using Word for Windows, spacing: font – Times New Roman, font size – 14; regular interval between letters – 1,5; margins 2cm on all sides and it is sent in electronic form by e-mail: us@ui-miit.ru. The file name is determined by the last name of the first author.

Requirements for article content:

  • title of an article in Russian and English;
  • keywords (maximum volume of 5-7 words) in Russian and English;
  • abstract (maximum volume of 4-6 sentences) in Russian and English;
  • information about the author (s) in Russian and English: surname, name, patronymic (in full), place of work, study (full name of the organization in the nominative case), position, degree level, academic rank, other honorary titles (if any), e-mail address.

Sheet size: A4: from 4 to 6 pages.

Reference and reference lists are issued in accordance with the requirements of GOST standard 7.0.5-2008.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject the publication if article does not correspond to subject and (or) level of the Conference.
